Electronic Signature (E-Sign) Consent
By enrolling in the HandyButler.ca Rewards Program (“Program”), you agree to receive and sign all disclosures, agreements, communications, and records related to the Program electronically (“Electronic Records”). This consent applies to all transactions and interactions between you and HandyButler.ca regarding the Program.
1. Electronic Delivery of Records
You agree that all records, including but not limited to Program Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policies, account statements, reward balances, and notices, may be provided electronically via email or through our website.
2. Consent to Electronic Signature
By clicking “I Agree,” “Enroll,” or providing any other form of electronic acknowledgment, you consent to use your electronic signature in place of a handwritten signature for Program-related documents. Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a physical signature.
3. Hardware & Software Requirements
To access and retain Electronic Records, you must have:
- A valid email address
- Internet access and a current web browser
- A device capable of viewing PDF or HTML documents
Sufficient storage to save Electronic Records or access to a printer
4. Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Records at any time by contacting HandyButler.ca at office @ handybutler.ca. Withdrawal of consent may result in your unenrollment from the Program.
5. Paper Copies
You may request a paper copy of any Electronic Record by contacting us at office @ handybutler.ca. Paper copies may be subject to a reasonable fee.
6. Updating Your Contact Information
You are responsible for keeping your email address and contact information current to ensure receipt of Electronic Records.
7. Acceptance
By enrolling in the Program and providing your electronic consent, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this E-Sign Consent Agreement.

Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The HandyButler.ca Rewards Program (“Program”) is available to all customers who purchase qualifying services directly from HandyButler.ca.
2. Earning Points
- Customers earn
5 points for every $1 spent
on eligible services.
- Points are calculated on the
subtotal before any applicable taxes, fees, or discounts
.

Points are awarded only to the paying party, not the recipient of the services performed.
- Points are credited to the customer’s account once payment has been received in full.
3. Redeeming Points
- Points may be redeemed towards discounts on future services at a rate of
1,000 points = $10 off

- Points cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to outstanding balances.

Points cannot be used to pay applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges

3. Points Expiry & Limitations
- Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- HandyButler.ca reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
- Misuse or fraudulent activity may result in forfeiture of points and/or removal from the Program.

By participating in the Program, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
